1. How to sit down on chairs.
Don’t put their feet on a chair or on a desk.
Don’t lean against a backrest.
Don’t put their chin on a desk.
Reason: When posture is bad, be slow on the uptake,
and understanding falls.
It is best to be
straight from heart to head.
2. The direction of their notebook and textbook.
They adjust their notebooks to write.
Reason: It is understood that when they see their notebooks in the straight position,
the relationship between sight and understanding is best.
3. Listen and look and talk well.
Reason: It is best to use the senses of sight,
hearing, speaking and touch to learn.
4. Don’t cheat on the exam.
Reason: Copying has no purpose.

I teach homeroom teachers a method of warm up.
I have teachers know the
viewpoint of the students, and how to tell to the students.
If warm up is done whit the whole grade, the students will learn better.
